WHAT TO EXPECT

E.L.C. is launching differently. Rather than producing large quantities before knowing what our customers actually want, our first watches will be produced through a controlled pre-order release. This allows us to focus our resources on the product while giving our earliest customers access to Founder Edition privileges.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

  • Joining the Founders Registry is free. No payment is required to register.
  • Payment is only required if you choose to place a pre-order once ordering opens.

WHEN WILL MY WATCH BE DELIVERED?

  • The expected production and delivery window will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.
  • We will provide customers with production updates throughout the process.

WHAT IF PRODUCTION IS DELAYED?

  • Watch manufacturing involves multiple stages of production, assembly, testing and quality control.
  • If the expected delivery schedule changes materially, we will communicate the reason and provide an updated estimate.
  • We would rather deliver the watch correctly than rush it simply to meet a date.

ARE THE WATCHES SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE FINAL PRODUCTION WATCHES?

  • During development, some product imagery may consist of high-quality digital renderings rather than photographs of final production watches.
  • Where applicable, this will be disclosed. Final production watches may contain minor refinements as development, testing and quality control are completed.
