DELIVERED DUTY PAID
When an order is offered on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, checkout will clearly indicate that applicable import duties and taxes are included in the amount paid to E.L.C. No additional import charges should then be due upon delivery.
WHERE DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED
If duties and taxes are not included at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying applicable local import duties, taxes or customs charges before or upon delivery.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become available.
