A product identified as a pre-order is not currently available for immediate dispatch. The estimated availability or shipping timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page or communicated to you before or during checkout.

Estimated dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to production, quality control, logistics, customs or other circumstances outside E.L.C.'s reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment for a pre-order is taken when the order is placed.

By completing your pre-order, you authorize E.L.C. to process the applicable payment for the order.

Pre-order items will be dispatched when they become available.

If an order contains both pre-order and immediately available items, E.L.C. may determine whether the items are shipped together or separately. Any applicable shipping charges and delivery arrangements will be communicated at checkout.

Once dispatched, delivery will be subject to the applicable shipping method and destination.

We make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated availability date shown at the time of purchase. However, production schedules and supply chains can change.

If there is a significant change to the expected delivery timeframe, E.L.C. will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Cancellation requests are subject to the status of your order and any applicable consumer rights or cancellation requirements in your jurisdiction.

If a cancellation is accepted and a refund is due, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been delivered, it may be eligible for return in accordance with E.L.C.'s applicable Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Product images, colours, finishes and other visual representations may vary slightly from the final timepiece due to photography, lighting, display settings and the manufacturing process.

Where specifications are subject to change, E.L.C. reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments provided that the final product remains materially consistent with the description presented at the time of purchase.

Some E.L.C. pre-order timepieces may be produced in limited quantities. A pre-order confirms your purchase subject to these terms but does not create any guarantee beyond the order confirmation provided by E.L.C.

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST or other charges depending on the destination.

Where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is offered, applicable duties and taxes will be handled as part of the purchase. Where DDP is not available, applicable local charges may be the customer's responsibility.
