PRODUCT IMAGERY & DIGITAL REPRESENTATION
At E.L.C., we take care to present our timepieces as accurately as possible across our website and digital channels.
However, certain product images, videos, graphics and visual representations may be digitally rendered, enhanced or photographed under controlled lighting conditions.
1. DIGITAL RENDERINGS
- Some images displayed on the E.L.C. website may be computer-generated or digitally rendered representations of a product.
- These renderings are used to provide customers with a detailed visual representation of a timepiece before, during or after production.
- While we aim for a high degree of accuracy, digital renderings may not perfectly represent the final physical product.
2. COLOUR & FINISH
The appearance of colours, materials, finishes, textures and reflective surfaces may vary depending on:
- Your device and screen settings
- Display brightness and colour calibration
- Photography and studio lighting
- Image processing
- Digital rendering
- The physical characteristics of individual materials
For this reason, the actual timepiece may appear slightly different from the images displayed online.
3. PRODUCT DETAILS
Dimensions, proportions, dial details, hands, indices, straps, bracelets, finishes and other design elements shown in digital imagery are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible.
Where product specifications are stated on the product page, those specifications should be considered the primary reference.
E.L.C. may make reasonable design or manufacturing adjustments where necessary to maintain quality, performance, availability or production standards.
4. PROTOTYPES & PRE-PRODUCTION IMAGERY
Certain products, particularly pre-order or upcoming timepieces, may be represented using prototype, concept, pre-production or digitally rendered imagery.
Where applicable, product descriptions or communications may identify imagery as representative rather than a photograph of the final production piece.
5. NO INTENTION TO MISLEAD
E.L.C. does not use digital rendering or image enhancement with the intention of misleading customers about the nature, quality or characteristics of our products.
We aim to provide clear product information and encourage customers to review the specifications, descriptions and other information provided on each product page before purchasing.
